loud musicrude staff
I was quite disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the promised tranquility was disturbed significantly by a wedding taking place. the music was loud. It continued late into the night. earplugs became necessary, a stark contrast to the peaceful retreat i anticipated. the attitude of some staff members also fell short of expectations. they were unhelpful and somewhat rude, unlike the warmth experienced elsewhere in jordan.

wow, this place is seriously awesome! the pools are super cool, and there's like, a bunch of them. my room was really clean, like super clean. big thanks to omar barasneh, he gave me so much hospitality and was a great support! i needed help with luggage, and he took care of everything.
so, the cooling system, it wasnt working properly! the room i had, got pretty hot, pretty fast. like, i wish they fixed the ac before i even arrived.

the breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries and fruits with many choices. the restaurant provides a variety of international dishes for dinner, including mediterranean cuisine. all meals are served in spacious rooms.

Underwhelming Stay Due to Multiple Issues

The pools were a decent feature, giving some choice for swimming.
The room I got had issues. The shower floor was scratched, and the bathroom counter had a crack. Water leaked while I showered, and the sink drain was blocked, which I found quite irritating for what I paid.

Desiree is a true asset to the hotel. She was really good. her customer service is perfect! she understood my needs and recommended restaurants and spa treatments. desiree even booked a driver as the resort is super big. her passion for everyone's experience shows when dealing with guests.
the dinner buffet was not great, considering the price paid, in my opinion.

The front office staff are great. M.qandil, amjad and wasim were very helpful. they were especially helpful as usual, exceeding my expectations. i found their service to be great.
